My notes show POSAT is just outside the amateur band on 4XX MHZ using
normal 9600 baud packets... Anyone have the exact frequency?

Bob I have 429.950 fm as the center frequency 9k6 baud programed into wisp
for posat.
Not any traffic to the usa. It is a health and welfare satellite for 3rd
world countrys. It does use pb and pg format. So wisp is usable.
I use a modifided radio shack scanner pro-2044 , hooking up the input to the
kpc9612 on one of the ic legs. It is easy to find this point on an older
style scanner..
