[ao16aprs] Re: AO16/LO19 APRS pass data

Jerry has designed quite a few antennas.  Due to his antenna restrictions,
he keeps coming up with better and better ideas.  He has written a few
articles for the AMSAT Journal also.  A really nice guy, I've had the
privelege of working him a couple of times via FO-20 and AO-27.
