The files below contain background material related to medium to high-speed 
packet radio.  This material was collected by the Twin Cities (MN) Network 
Enhancement Task Force.  Note that there is hardware and software and there 
are equipment vendors of interest to high speed packet operators and network 
designers that are not included in the files listed below, e.g., the DF9IC low cost 
19.2K Bd transceiver (see  PSR #56 Fall 1994 and the Proceedings of the 13th 
ARRL Conference on Digital Communications, pp. 57-59).
