The DOS/Word files in 56KRPTR.ZIP provide detailed information on GRAPES modem-based full duplex 56 Kbps bit-regenerating repeaters and the design of networks using them.  This information was collected by the TwinsLAN (Minneapolis, MN) Network Enhancement Task Force for use in developing a high-speed backbone network for the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area Network (MAN).
