COUNTIES.ZIP is a .zip file containing all
 of the NWS county "maps" for WinAPRS.
If you're tired of trying to download
51 files so you get all of the USA,
this file is the one to get.
COUNTIES.EXE is a self-extracting
file with the same data in it.
It's a little bigger, but its also
a little more automatic.
