This APRS utility reads the USGS 1:100,000 CD ROM files (Optional Format) and
converts them into the 1:1,000,000 format used by APRS's MAPFIX. Various
map features are slectable and are extract as separate files. These files
can then be imported one at a time to build the various layers of features.

The only difference between CONV100E and CONV100D is the addition of
railroad sidings as a feature extraction option.
