[ao16aprs] 1200 Bd PACSAT acks

Tim, I didnt see ya on the first pass, but I did see the following.  It
shows that the KB2WQM gateway was working and took my uplink messages,
digipeated via PACSAT and delivered them via the internet to WU2Z and that
his ACK came back by the reverse path!  Thus demonstrating end-around
real-time messaging via a 1200 baud Pacsat linked into the worldwide
APRServe system.

Here were the packets recorded:
