[ao16aprs] Great news on the TNC-2 modification

I had no progress to report over the weekend on the Manchester
modification for the TNC-2, because I left my TNC at home to enjoy
the sights at the sunny beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

The relaxing time away made me do some thinking about solving
some issues to implement the XOR mod to a TNC-2 compatible.
It appears to have helped, since I can now say I have it working,
but there are a few things that need to be done to insure it works.
Yes, it worked this afternoon!

Hopefully, I can post some insight on this by documenting it this 
weekend and clean up a few things before sending it out.

Here is a listing of a pass this afternoon that I copied on the AO-16
downlink after activating my mobile.  Incidentally, I was using 10W
from a mobile.  I was not using a 5/8w antenna as I broadcasted.
Instead, I was using a shortened 2M magnetic mount center loaded 
antenna that is 17.5" in length.

The attached file shows a modified log and the beacon from my 
modified TNC-2 compatible from the Jeep.
