I've been reading a past edition of ARRL's Satellite Anthology. There was
a great article about a low cost 9600 baud satellite station.
Mt question is, how critical is it to adjust for doppler shift on the
uplink and the downlink? Can one get away with leaving both the
transmitter and reciever on the nominal frequency?
