picediag is a small diagnostic program for the TAPR PIC-E.
The program tests the MX614 modem chip and lights the 
VALID LED.  The switch functions are:

Mode Switch left - Off
Mode Switch right - Toggle tones at 1200 bps and assert PTT

Option Switch left - Off
Option Switch right - light VALID LED
