If you do... upload a file to TAPR

Multi-platform machines can't unzip the file ... first. So, to tell what
it is they would have to be able to visually tell what is in the file.

Try to put two files on the upload area. Example for DOS/WIN files: (One
with filename.xxx and one with filename.txt)

The WWW format in the near future will *require* a description along side
of the file name. The WWW user will read the description and click on the
filename.xxx Please help TAPR out by providing this information
now so the transition to the HTML format will be smooth. This is true of
any platform.
