EVM-Pactor - Pactor for the DSP56002EVM

Version Beta 0.20, December 1997.

Code package containing executables for utilizing a DSP56002EVM
and a PC to run Pactor I. This is a full transmit/receive implementation.

Note: This is free experimental software - use at your own discretion.
The author is not liable for any usage or mishaps that may occur due to 
the use of this software.

Normally you would need a license from the folks that invented Pactor,
to distribute and sell Pactor implementations for profit. However, since 
this is free software, SCS has kindly permitted its use without a licence.
All EVM users are grateful for this kind gesture.
