This archive contains code for a phase 3 modem for the EVM56002 and the 
Leonid monitor. 

Modem code for the 400 Baud Phase III telemetry has been written for the EVM 
56002 by DF6JB.  I do not remember where I downloaded the code. I modified the
code to use the Leonid monitor.

RXPSK400.LOD This is the file needed for downloading to the EVM via Dl program
TXPSK400.ASM Source for a simulator. This sends blocls in the format of oscar 13
TXPSK400.LOD This is the loadable file for the simulator
